The Resort Recognition Programme (RRP) has three levels of recognition:
RCI Gold Crown
RCI Silver Crown
RCI Hospitality
Each level is determined annually using the minimum score guidelines in combination with specified critieria of a resort’s facilities, amenities and service evaluations.
Once the comment card responses have been assessed, following a 12-month period, the affiliated resort will earn one of the Resort Recognition Programme’s distinctions. This information can then be used on their website and in their sales and marketing materials whereby the property can show the dedicated logo which represents their achievement.
In addition, the property will receive a plaque showing their award status and be able to proudly display it on resort. This helps to signify to members that this property meets specific criteria set by RCI and gives holidaymakers an idea of the type of experience they can expect there.
