The RCI eSCHOOL has been a great addition to our training program here at Plantation Resort. This is a perfect way to invest in training existing employees, bridging the performance gap among those assigned to the same job or task; as well as an effective way to deliver the necessary knowledge and skill set to new employees. Our employees feel a sense of accomplishment when they complete a session and print their certificate at the end.  The RCI eSchool is a great, cost effective tool to increase staff effectiveness and productivity and effectiveness!

RCI® provides each of its affiliated resorts with online training resources designed to help your staff increase its understanding of RCI's products and programmes.

Through RCI eSCHOOL, you get free access to online courses ranging from RCI's exchange programmes to ResortLink, reporting utilisation to professional development.

Courses are self-paced, and available through our online learning management system, which allows you to assign a curriculum and track progress for each employee.
