Resort Quality Improvement Program

RCI affiliated resorts are required to maintain sufficiently high comment card score averages in all of the categories surveyed on the RCI Member Comment Card. Should an affiliated resort fall below the minimum requirements, the resort will be placed in RCI’s Resort Quality Improvement Program (RQIP).  Resorts in RQIP must take the necessary steps to raise their Comment Card score averages and provide RCI with an action plan detailing how they will improve their Comment Card scores.

RCI will work closely with affiliated resorts placed in RQIP to help raise Comment Card score averages.  We are confident that our affiliates will do what is necessary to improve their scores, which we believe will result in higher satisfaction for both members and owners.  Download the RCI Resort Quality Improvement Program brochure.
