Phil Brojan currently serves as Senior Vice President, Global Marketing for RCI, LLC (RCI), the global leader in vacation exchange. In this role, Phil is responsible for defining RCI’s marketing strategy across all channels, including its ability to activate, educate and retain its members.
Phil has nearly 25 years of brand, direct, online and social/mobile marketing experience. He began his career with RCI in 2003 as a management consultant, helping to align the company’s online initiatives and positioning them for growth and development. Throughout his tenure with RCI, he has held various roles within marketing including Vice President, E-Commerce and Vice President, North America Marketing & Publications.
Prior to joining RCI, Phil held various client- and agency-side senior marketing positions, developing marketing and promotional strategies for many of the world’s leading brands.
