Phil Brojan currently serves as senior vice president, marketing for RCI. In this role, Brojan is responsible for defining RCI’s member marketing and social media strategies, including its ability to activate and retain members. One of his most recent achievement has been the development of the RCI Timeshare Online Listening Center®, which is helping affiliates to take control of their brands online.
Brojan began his career with RCI in 2003 as a strategic consultant, helping to align the company’s various online initiatives and positioning the company for online growth and development. Throughout his tenure with RCI, he has held various roles within marketing including director of eCommerce and vice president of online marketing.
Prior to joining RCI, Brojan held various client- and agency-side executive marketing positions, developing marketing and promotional strategies for many of the world’s leading brands. He lives in northern New Jersey with his wife and two sons.
