Senior Vice President of Product Management and Resort Operations for RCI 

Jeff Parker holds the position of Senior Vice President of Product Management and Resort Operations for RCI, the worldwide leader in vacation exchange and provider of travel services to businesses and consumers, serving 3.7 million members in more than 4,000 vacation ownership resorts.  

In his current capacity, Parker oversees product management and resort operations.  His team's activities include many items such as affiliate reporting and analytics, database management, inventory processing, quality management and resort content management.  He and his team are also responsible for product management of RCI Weeks, RCI Points and The Registry Collection. 

Parker brings a wealth of RCI experience as well as a deep knowledge of global markets to his position.  He is an RCI veteran, having joined the company in 1988.  Parker entered the company as a vacation guide in the Indianapolis call center and steadily increased his responsibilities through several key leadership positions in member servicing, resort servicing, business development, product development and product management.  He is an active member of ARDA's Research Committee and holds the designation of Registered Resort Professional. 

In Parker’s role, his strategies include delivering world-class customer service to RCI affiliates and members, identifying value-add efficiencies and optimizing product offerings.

Parker holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.  He has also had continuing education in personal branding and project management.  During personal time, Parker enjoys tennis, biking and traveling.
