UK-based hotel search website trivago.co.uk has revealed its ten up-and-coming destinations for 2016, with Lapland leading the way.
The results are based on the 200 most searched-for overseas destinations (regions, towns and cities) during 2015 compared against searches made during 2014. This enabled the company to identify the ten destinations with the highest increase in searches, making for a fascinating selection of popular and trending destinations.
