The company was founded in 1998 and is now a leading lifestyle property developer and resort and hotel operator in Asia, as well as a pioneer in the fractional ownership and vacation club markets in the region. It markets its own collection of six mixed-use resorts, all of which are in Thailand, in the holiday hotspots of Phuket, Koh Samui and Pattaya. The company also operates Absolute Vacation Club, which enables its owners to visit a range of resorts across the world through its network of partners and affiliates.
