European timeshare body the Resort Development Organisation (RDO) has produced a special video clip featuring sales mentor Steve Clarke as part of its ongoing strategy to share industry best practice and raise awareness and encourage engagement through its digital channels.
The video, cheekily-titled ‘WTF – Where’s the focus’, was recorded at RCI affiliate
Pearly Grey Ocean Club
in Tenerife, where Clarke took a training session with the team. It features the sales trainer discussing the customer experience – one of the most important aspects of any sales industry – and inviting viewers to find the focus within their business.
