Pearly Grey Ocean Club in Tenerife is celebrating after being accredited with 2015 RCI Gold Crown status.
The Award is the highest of the three RCI Award designations, which were created to recognise and reward resorts that meet or exceed specific RCI quality criteria and standards in the areas of unit housekeeping, unit maintenance, hospitality and check-in/check-out procedures. An evaluation of resort facilities, amenities and services is also part of the recognition process.
