Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India has purchased a 51 per cent stake in Swedish spa hotel company Visionsbolaget AB.
The company, which includes timeshare arm Club Mahindra – an RCI affiliate – made the acquisition, at a cost of Rs. 7.1 crore, through its step-down subsidiary Holiday Club Sweden AB, which is one of Europe’s leading shared vacation ownership businesses, and also an RCI affiliate.
