Plans to build 250 apartments at CLC World’s prestigious California Beach Resort in southern Spain have been given the green light by the local authority.
The luxury project, which will cost around €70million, was unveiled at a meeting for local press and which was attended by Juan Carlos Maldonado, the mayor of the coastal region Mijas Costa and Andrés Ruiz, councillor for development.
