Gran Canaria football team FC Arguineguín is taking part in the largest junior football tournament in the world with the help of European timeshare giant the Anfi Group.
The team is joining more than 1,000 other competitors in the Norway Cup, a football tournament for children and youths between the ages of 10 and 19 years.
FC Arguineguín is being backed by soccer superstar David Silva, who used to play for the team and is now an ambassador for Anfi, which is one of the team’s main sponsors alongside Ayuntamiento de Mogán.
