Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, the UK’s largest independent hotel group, has committed to placing 400 young people into fulfilling, full-time traineeships in 2016.
Working in partnership with Total People, Macdonald Hotels is offering quality traineeships through work experience placements in 17 of its 48 hotels throughout the UK.
Unemployed 16 to 24-year-olds will be able to apply for the 16-week ‘Future Talent’ programme where they can experience first-hand all aspects of the hospitality industry, such as food and beverage, conference, and front of house roles.
