Paul originally joined RCI back in 1998, from a specialist UK ski company now part of the TUI. He started there as a resort rep and ski guide and left as Head of Marketing.  Paul says “I was lucky enough to land a job with RCI in Kettering”. He had numerous Marketing roles over 6 years in membership, Product, Rentals, and Revenue Management. In 2004, he moved to head the Travel and European affinity operations, and Hotel Dynamics. In 2007, then transferred to run one of Wyndham’s European Rental businesses, Canvas Holidays in Scotland, rejoining the Exchange business again at the start of 2010 as COO and recently Senior Vice President - Operations and Marketing.

Word from Paul “Outside of work, family is most important thing in my life. My wife, Angela is a psychodynamic counsellor, and we’ve two great kids (Billy 14, Lola 12),  I play sports, including tennis, and love travel. Recently it’s been camping holidays in France and Italy, skiing with groups of friends at a LandalPark in Austria, extended family short breaks in holiday UK cottage. Most memorable was at a Holiday Club Resort in Finland five years ago, where Angela and I got married at a small Kami Lodge near Ruka that we could only get to by snowmobile”.
