A graduate in Economics and Tourism Planning and Development, Dimitris Manikis joined RCI straight from University. After his initial training in RCI’s UK office, Dimitris went on to spend two and a half years in the Middle East, two years in Turkey and a year in India. In October 1997 he was appointed Managing Director for RCI’s South Eastern region, based in Athens. Three years ago Dimitris took on the role of Vice President Business Development – Resort sales, Europe, recently adding the Middle East to his regional responsibilities. Dimitris is a happy timeshare owner who owns at the RCI-affiliated Anezina Village on the Greek island of Paros, where he regularly holidays with many of his family and friends.
