Silvana Hernández is the Director of Marketing for RCI Asia Pacific. Based in the Singapore office, she is responsible for defining member and affiliate marketing strategies in the Asia Pacific region and oversees all marketing functions including Member Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Digital and e-Commerce, and Database Marketing and Analytics. She is also responsible for new product development and leads the Product Development and Project Management Office to drive the strategic initiatives of the region.
Silvana began her career with RCI in 2005, with a decade-long tenure with RCI Latin America, where she led the member and non-member marketing strategies across 18 countries including Mexico, Brazil and South America region. Over the span of her career in RCI Latin America, she has also led various Marketing teams including Database Marketing and Analytics, Content Marketing & Publications and Marketing Services with a proven track record in increasing member activation, member retention and online share.
Silvana holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of the Republic in Uruguay, specializing in Finance, Project Implementation and Evaluation. She is also a DMA Certified professional by the Data & Marketing Association in the US and was part of the Marketing Chair at Universidad ORT Uruguay for over 10 years.
