There is nothing more important than a positive resort experience for our members and your owners. As the leader in vacation exchange, RCI seeks to affiliate resorts that adhere to high standards of product quality and service. We measure this by RCI’s Subscribing Member Comment Card scores in the areas of resort maintenance, unit maintenance, and housekeeping.
RCI is proud to recognize 42 percent of its resorts with our highest quality distinction awards according to the Resort Recognition Program.

RCI's Resort Recognition Program
RCI is committed to strengthening the resort timeshare industry by ensuring that timeshare owners enjoy quality vacation experiences. To honor those resort affiliates who meet or exceed these high standards, RCI has created an Affiliated Resort Recognition Program with three distinguished awards: RCI Gold Crown, RCI Silver Crown, and RCI Hospitality.

RCI primarily obtains feedback on affiliated resorts through a comment card program to determine quality.
The RCI Comment Card Program benefits both affiliates and members by providing data that the affiliated resort can use for internal service standards and reward and recognition programs.
RCI uses this data to determine award levels for the Resort Recognition Program, trading power, and to assist resorts who need quality improvements.

Resort Quality Improvement Program
RCI is serious about the quality of our affiliated resorts and will only include those with sufficiently high standards in their products, services, and accommodations.
RCI expects RCI affiliated resorts to maintain sufficiently high comment card score averages in all of the categories surveyed on the RCI Member Comment Card. Should an affiliated resort fall below the minimum requirements, the resort will be placed in RCI’s Resort Quality Improvement Program (RQIP). Resorts in RQIP must take the necessary steps to raise their Comment Card score averages and provide RCI with an action plan detailing how they will improve their Comment Card scores.
RCI will work closely with affiliated resorts placed in RQIP to help raise Comment Card score averages. We are confident that our affiliates will do what is necessary to improve their scores, which we believe will result in higher satisfaction for both members and owners.

Another way for our members to provide feedback on their vacation experience is through Member Reviews on RCI.com. Members are able to rate any recently visited RCI affiliated resort and read what other members are saying.

Quality Assurance and Advisory Services
Another way of obtaining valuable guest feedback is through Surveycation. Shortly after the sales tour or resort stay, customers automatically receive a resort-branded email with a link to an online survey. Recipients answer your customized questions about their experiences. Surveycation collects and stores this confidential feedback and makes the results available to you 24/7, via a secure website.
